  7. The Runtime software included in your package provides video playback
  8. capabilities for computers that do not have Video for Windows.  If the target
  9. computer has Video for Windows installed, you should use the existing
  10. Media Player to try playing the .AVI files.  Install the Runtime files only
  11. if the playback is not adequate.
